Last updated: June 2026
This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Discord bot (Holger Danske) and assosciated services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us, as well as data from integrations, to ensure our services function correctly. This includes:
- Discord Interactions: Your Discord User ID, messages sent to the bot, commands executed, and general interactions within the Discord server.
- Third-Party Integrations: Discord User IDs, Roblox identifiers, and data regarding your gameplay, reports, or moderation history (such as warnings, bans, kicks, or similar actions).
- Roblox API Data: Information retrieved for handling reports, appeals, and user management, including gameplay status, ban status, in-game statistics, and AntiCheat or other operational logs.
- BloxLink API Data: Information gathered for managing reports, appeals, utility services, and application workflows.
- Staff Activity: Performance statistics and detailed logs regarding staff member activities.
- Applications: Information provided by you or other users in relation to applications for trusted positions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect strictly to maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of our services. Specifically, your information is used for:
- Core Functionality: Processing bot commands, managing user settings, and facilitating the applications for trusted positions.
- Moderation: Executing moderation actions (such as warnings, kicks, and bans), reviewing report logs, and tracking AntiCheat flags to effectively moderate our community.
- Support & Appeals: Reviewing and processing user appeals, handling support tickets, and resolving technical issues.
- Staff Accountability: Monitoring and logging staff actions to ensure transparency and prevent abuse of administrative powers.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information under the following legal frameworks:
- Legitimate Interests: To protect our community, prevent cheating or exploitation, enforce server rules, and maintain an organized staff team across our Discord and connected Roblox game environments.
- Consent: When you submit an application for a trusted position (staff or tester application e.g), we handle your data on the basis of your consent.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: To fulfill mandatory legal requirements, including automated "Right to Erasure" deletion requests forwarded to us by the Roblox platform.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain security, and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
- Roblox Data (Right to Erasure): If a Right to be Forgotten data deletion request is submitted directly to Roblox, our systems will automatically process this and delete your associated data, provided you
have played
the game "Slap Battles" previously.
- Application Data: Data submitted for trusted position applications is retained for the duration of the review process and is permanently deleted 7 days after completion. This 7-day window allows for
application
reconsideration, delivery of status notifications, and gives applicants time to request access to the limited information contained about their application
- Moderation Records: To protect our community and track repeat offenders, records of warnings, kicks, bans, and AntiCheat logs are retained indefinitely unless a valid manual deletion request is approved by
our
administration team.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent.
- When required by law or legal process.
- Certain information related to reports, bans, and other moderation actions as reasonable and necessary in the performance of moderation duties.
